CANCELLATION & AMENDMENTS POLICY
Prästgården Hotel operates a 48-hour cancellation policy; reservations must be cancelled or amended by 3pm two days prior to your arrival, in order to avoid a cancellation charge equivalent to the cost of one night's accommodation. For long stay or group bookings, cancellation terms vary.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in is from 3pm, and check-out is by 11am.

DAMAGES
Prästgården Hotel reserves the right to charge your credit or debit card for any damage caused to your room during your stay or for any items missing, following departure. If the room has been left in a substantially unclean state additional cleaning charges may be levied and/or the daily room rate for every date the room is not possible to rent out.

SMOKING POLICY
Prästgården Hotel is 100% smoke-free. By law, smoking is not permitted in any part of the hotel. Should guests have been found to have been smoking in their room, a cleaning fee of SEK5,000 will be charged.
